New! Holiday IOP Program starts November 15.
Call today – patients are now being accepted

Since 2016, Center for Discovery North Palm Beach outpatient treatment has patients of all genders and ages who are struggling with an eating disorder, with or without a mental health disorder (for primary mental health treatment, visit our Discovery Mood & Anxiety Program page). This facility has programming for adolescent and adult patients to provide the best individualized, age-appropriate care. Staff members at this facility are grounded in body image and personal identity work. Members of the treatment team have unique experience in all levels of care, aiding the support for patients to help them obtain the appropriate level of care.

Our unique dietary program is rooted in the dietary philosophy of All Foods Fit, Health at Every Size® (HAES), Intuitive Eating and exposure & response prevention (ERP) techniques. Each patient gains hands-on food preparation experience while meeting his or her individual dietary needs.

The facility is conveniently located near interstate 95 in beautiful Palm Beach Gardens, Florida, with close proximity to the West Palm Beach and Ft. Lauderdale airports, respectively. Treatment modalities we offer include cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT)exposure & response prevention (ERP), and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT). Our co-occurring disorder facility has eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR)-trained therapists onsite. In addition to receiving evidence-based therapies, patients can put “joyful” back into movement through various activities.

We also see family as a meaningful part of the healing process. This eating disorder treatment facility strongly supports family involvement in the treatment process and holds family nights to involve loved ones so participation is enhanced for the patients.

Insurances we accept include but are not limited to Aetna/Shaller Anderson/GHC, Employee Health Network (EHN), Fortified Provider Network (FPN), Humana (Life Sync) and MHN. Please remember that the insurances we accept change frequently. Our insurance team will verify your coverage.
