The Ultimate Gift: Recovery

Although this is considered the most wonderful time of the year by many, it can be anything but when you’re struggling with an eating disorder. The holidays can come with more stressors than cheer, such as family conflict, grief, financial strains, celebratory events and seasonal affective disorder (SAD). These things can be very triggering.

If you see yourself barely hanging on and surviving the holidays because of an eating disorder, know that Center for Discovery is here to fully support you.
