Situated just 20 miles south of Baltimore and 10 miles northwest of Annapolis, the Crownsville adult residential program is our new northeastern campus, featuring six beautiful residences for evidence-based treatment in both eating disorders and mental health.
With nearly 60 beds, Crownsville is our largest residential program. But when patients arrive, they will enter an environment that is intimate enough to receive an array of treatment—both individual and group therapies—in a real-life setting. The low patient-to-staff ratio allows for more individual attention and engagement among those at this unique location. Patients can focus on themselves while surrounded by a lush and quiet landscape. The pool, nature paths and koi pond make for ideal areas to relax and reflect.
Patients and their loved ones will also find that we’ve made it easy to make this an ideal option for eating disorder treatment. With concierge-like services, such as private pickup from the airport to the facility, and being in-network with all major insurance companies, Center for Discovery at Crownsville strives to make getting help as stress-free as possible.
